Today is a time of transition and transformation in our culture.

It is no longer acceptable to sexually harass. It is no longer acceptable to inflict unwanted conduct of a sexual nature which has the purpose or effect of violating someone’s dignity, or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment for them.

To address the problem of sexual harassment we start with confronting a workplace’s point of view toward sexual harassment to create awareness, change habits, affect a shift in culture, and in doing so contribute toward a public space with much less violence.
